Spent the rainy Tuesday making Rose Lychee macarons!
Turned out pretty well for the first time!
If you're wondering, yes, the macaron shells and the ganache inside all made from scratch!
hmm..I wonder if beer will work well..hmmm..
(meantime, do vote for me by buying SOL Beer and voting on SOL Singapore's fb page!!)
Will think of something and try it out to see if it works!
